COSTANZA CAMPI  EARNS WOMEN IN SUPPLY CHAIN FORUM™ AWARD

WARRINGTON, UK / RADNOR, PA 18 August 2026 – Costanza Campi, Senior Vice President Procurement for RS Integrated Supply has been named a 2026 recipient of the Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award in the Trailblazer category. The award, presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, recognizes female leaders who are driving innovation, transformation, and measurable impact across the global supply chain. 

Costanza was recognized for her leadership in transforming procurement into a strategic driver of operational excellence, resilience, and growth through digital innovation, data-driven decision-making, supplier optimization, and talent development. As Senior Vice President of Global Procurement, she leads a global organization of approximately 170 procurement and supply chain professionals across more than 20 countries, managing approximately £800 million in annual spend, 24 million-plus SKUs, 17,000 suppliers, and 1.5 million procurement transactions annually.

• Leading a multi-year digital procurement transformation that expanded automation across sourcing and procure-to-pay processes.  

• Deploying AI-enabled sourcing capabilities that reduced supplier quotation turnaround times by 48% and improved end-to-end order processing efficiency by 38%.  

• Driving a 30% reduction in the active supplier base while improving supplier on-time delivery performance by 20%, strengthening both supply chain efficiency and resilience.  

• Delivering approximately £11 million in annual profit contribution through procurement optimization and strategic supplier management initiatives.  

• Championing a data-first procurement model that improves visibility, standardizes millions of SKUs, and enables clients to identify cost savings and operational efficiencies.  

• Serving as Chair of the Embrace Employee Resource Group across RS Group, promoting diversity, mentorship, and leadership development throughout the organization.  

Campi’s career spans more than two decades across multiple industries, including consumer goods, chemicals, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and MRO supply chain management. Holding a PhD in Physical Chemistry, she has built a reputation for applying scientific rigor and analytical thinking to solve complex supply chain challenges and advance procurement innovation on a global scale.
