Communications Manager

At RS Integrated Supply, we’re searching for a dynamic B2B Communications Manager to craft compelling messages, build strong client relationships (internally and externally), and amplify our brand’s voice. You’ll lead communication strategies, create impactful content, and collaborate across teams to drive meaningful engagement with our corporate audience.

Role Purpose

This role is integral to the growth and transformation of the business. The role will provide direction and support of internal and external communications for executives, leaders and team members across the organisation.

• Communicate in a planned, timely, clear, and consistent manner key activities and business decisions and provide clarity and direction for our people.
• Manage Communications function, technologies (Poppulo) and a budget.
• Support our Transformation, Cultural Change and Strategy launches through planned execution of messages aligned to channels for optimal impact.
• Manage internal and external communication plans, for colleagues and clients across UK, Europe and US.
• Working with external agencies & stakeholders across all levels of the business.
• Event management

• Outgoing, bubbly personality with a proactive can-do attitude. Someone who is prepared to get stuck in and bring about real change in our communications approach.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Ideally a minimum of three years in a communication-related role.
• Strong writing skills.
• Competent in all Microsoft 365 applications.
• Excellent B2B social media skills.
• Outstanding organisation and project management skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, email marketing software (HubSpot, Poppulo) and video editing.
