Our 2030 action plan For a Better World helps create a more sustainable and inclusive world. Formed around four global goals, our 2030 action plan supports six of the UN Nations Sustainable Development Goals (Supporting the UN SDGs – Our ESG approach – Sustainability – RS Group ) and sets the foundation for our long term success.

Sustainability at RS Integrated Supply
RS Integrated Supply is committed to making amazing happen for a better world by integrating the 2030 ESG action plan into its strategy.
Our focus on driving for a better world is embedded throughout the organization, from running the UK and US headquarters from a renewable electricity source, to volunteering and fundraising for local charities and supporting our clients in achieving their sustainability goals.
Driving ESG best practice for our clients
Where our RS Integrated Supply employees are working at client sites, we contribute positively to the environment, uphold safety standards, and promote ethical practices to make a meaningful impact. From waste minimization and recycling to energy saving initiatives and sustainable travel choices, we aim to create responsible and sustainable workplaces.
Supporting our communities
At our headquarters in both Warrington, UK and Radnor, USA, our teams work closely with a number of charitable organizations, keeping RS Integrated Supply at the heart of our communities. We provide financial contributions, donations and volunteers to help organizations from foodbanks, to mental health charities, domestic abuse shelters and much more.
RS Integrated Supply has been honoured with the Gold Award from the Armed Forces Covenant, the highest level of recognition for organizations that demonstrate outstanding support to those who serve or have served in the UK Armed Forces, and their families. It reflects RS Integrated Supply’s long-standing dedication to inclusive employment practices, advocacy, and community engagement.

Our Supplier Relationship Management program is a structured approach which ensures sustainable performance across the supply base. Suppliers are assessed on a range of criteria including their ESG agenda and we work closely with our suppliers to support them with sustainable practices.
Supplier Diversity
RS Integrated Supply has a Supplier Diversity & Inclusion program that is designed to create opportunities for businesses owned by minorities, women, veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals and other under-represented groups. We have an established program in the United States and are developing our program in the UK, which is reflected in our work with MSDUK.
